Kaizen Adaptive Training
Our adaptive athletes' tuition is 100% donation based. With the help of our community, we provide an all-inclusive training facility, adaptive coaching, and adaptive equipment free of charge.
Please consider donating to our program and help these adaptive athletes regain their strength and independence.
Our Methods



Kaizen Adaptive Training:
Kaizen Athletics provides an all-Inclusive training facility for individuals with long-term physical or traumatic impairments (visible/invisible) through movement and community. We make fitness training accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability. It is an honor to serve our Wounded Warriors, Veterans, First Responders, Law Enforcement Officers and our Adaptive Community.
When: Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-5:30PM
*Tuition is 100% donation based*
Kaizen Adaptive Training is a 501(c)(3).

Monday-Friday:

2-6 athletes per class.
Cost:

$300.00 for 10-session Punch Card
Private on-ramp training program to prepare an athlete for group class:
Single person: $100.00
*Appointment Needed.
We understand that group class can be intimidating.
This is a great way to prepare.
Community Class:
9AM each Saturday.
Open to all fitness levels.
