SEMI PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Kaizen Athletics offers small group classes with 2 to 6 athletes per class Monday through Saturday.

COMMUNITY CLASSES

We understand group classes can be intimidating–our community workouts are a great way to prepare! 8:30AM each Saturday. Open to all fitness levels.
