This program is designed to help you continue training how you have been training, with scaling options and movements that prepare your body for birth. The 3rd trimester programming has 5 days of strength and conditioning with 2 rest days. This is a great way to stay moving and stay strong throughout your pregnancy. Ideal for all fitness levels and backgrounds.
